Romeo Roselli joins WWEPreview.com
I first off want to thank Phil Lowe and the staff at WWEpreview.com for asking me to come on as a columnist for this great, informative new wrestling site.Â
I am entering my 8th year in the wrestling business and have quite an interesting story, as most wrestlers do. To give you the condensed version – I first started out as a photographer for independent wrestling promotions around the northeast, and then later began attending a small pro wrestling school in Springfield, Massachusetts.
I was actually an intern at WWE headquarters in Stamford, CT for several years, then later moved down to OVW in Louisville, KY on my own in hopes of earning a contract. I got signed to a WWE contract approximately a year later and was called up to the main roster on RAW a few months later before being released in early 2006.
Through this time I have made good friends, made some enemies, had 3 major career-threatening surgeries (2 shoulder, 1 knee), been on the highest cloud in the world, and been down in the lowest of the lows. Being in the wrestling business has taught and instilled in me valuable life lessons that I will take with me the rest of my life.
Unfortunately, in the wrestling business, as well as the internet, more often than not, there is a lot of negativity, and I am not about that.  Once your in the wrestling business long enough, you learn to grow some thick skin. I will not come on here to criticize anyone or anything, there are enough people out there on the internet who do that anyway.   Â
If any of you out there have any questions you’d like me to answer, or ideas for any columns you’d like me to write please feel free to send them along. Â
Thanks for reading and I’m looking forward to being part of the team here at wwepreview.com.Â
Keep on keepin on………
