TNA Impact spoilers from Orlando, FL
Airdate Thursday, October 2
by Jon Jones
- Angelina Love beat ODB after Velvet Sky spat in ODB’s face. Afterwards, ODB told Traci Brooks she wanted a tag match against The Beautiful People and told Brooks to find her a partner.

- LAX beat The Motor City Machine Guns for a spot in the Monster’s Ball match at Bound for Glory.

- Jeff Jarrett interview in the ring with Jeremy Borash to discuss Kurt Angle’s comments to The Sun in the UK last week. Jarrett called Angle on saying he had a bond with Vince McMahon and said Angle was begging TNA to sign him a couple of years ago. Jarrett had a video from shortly after Angle joined TNA where he ripped into Vince. Jarrett said he’d broken Angle’s bond with Vince.

- LAX told Jim Cornette they didn’t want the Monster’s Ball place. If that’s the case, why take part in the match? They said they want Beer Money at the PPV.

- Cornette fined Kurt Angle for talking to The Sun.

- Sheik Abdul Bashir beat Jimmy Rave and Eric Young in a triple-threat match.

- Team 3D and Booker T beat Christian Cage, AJ Styles and Jay Lethal after Styles accidentally hit Cage and Booker made the pin.

- Beer Money cut a promo saying they have no competition in TNA. They issued an open challenge to any team in TNA and even mentioned the Midnight Express or Rock N Roll Express. Matt Morgan and Abyss, Team 3D and LAX came out, followed by Cornette, who made the Monster’s Ball match at the next PPV a four-way with all four teams involved with the winners taking home the TNA Tag Team belts.

- ODB and her mystery partner, Rhaka Khan, beat The Beautiful People. Kip James joined Love and Sky to attack them until Rhino made the save.

- The show closed with the Impact debut of Mick Foley. Probably the biggest pop I’ve heard at Universal for a TNA taping since Kurt Angle’s debut there. Foley said Vince McMahon made it an easy decision for him to leave. He was cut short by Kurt Angle, who was pissed with Jarrett from earlier tonight. Angle made a line about how Jarrett had lost his wife and said he’d lost everything as well. Foley and Angle go back and forth verbally before Foley declares that he’s the special enforcer for Jarrett vs. Angle at Bound For Glory to close the tapings.
