Brock Lesnar pocketed a cool $450,000 for his UFC Heavyweight title win at UFC 91 on Saturday night.

The figure, which we reported at the weekend, was confirmed by the Nevada State Athletic Commission on Monday.

Lesnar earned $250,000 for his fight, plus an additional $200,000 win bonus. His beaten opponent, Randy Couture, pocketed $250,000.

The commission withheld 10 per cent of both fighters purses pending results from post-fight drug testing.

Both Lesnar and Couture have deals in which they will also be paid a portion of pay-per-view revenues at a later date.

One-time heavyweight title challenger Gabriel Gonzaga also took home a six-figure sum. He pocketed $110,000 (including a $55,000 win bonus) after he knocked out UFC newcomer Josh Hendricks in the first round.

Upcoming welterweight Dustin Hazelett took home $88,000 after impressing in his submission victory over Tamdan McCrory. Hazelett’s payday included a $14,000 win bonus and a $60,000 ‘Submission of the Night’ bonus, which was announced by Zuffa.
