WWE Divas champion Maryse has commented on her recent knee injury, confirming that no surgery will be required.

Maryse dislocated her kneecap during a house show in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Speaking via on the blog section of WWE.com, she wrote: “Backstage it took approximately 35 to 40 minutes to replace it, my knee cap was completely out. No surgery will be needed.”

With WWE thus far not stripping Maryse of her Divas belt, I expect that creative are expecting her to be in a position to return sooner rather than later.

She added: “I want to let all my fans know that im doing great and doing rehabilitation every day in Los Angeles where I live. I’m recovering really fast. Thanks for all the support!”
