TNA: Kurt Angle wants to do movies, Impact rating, star signs new deal

Saturday May 16, 2009 BY Phil Lowe

- This past Thursday night’s edition of TNA Impact on Spike TV did a 1.2 cable rating.

- James Storm has recently signed a new deal with the company.

- Kurt Angle apparently wants to make a move from wrestling to acting full-time at some point in the future. In an interview with WTAE TV in Pittsburgh, he said: “I’m going to continue to wrestle for a little while longer “But my crossover — the appeal is coming, and it appears I’m going to start doing movies for a living, so I’m very excited about my future.”

I guess MMA will come after the movie roles dry up. You can read Angle’s comments in full by clicking here.
