- Hornswoggle beat Chavo Guerrero in a match taped for next week’s Superstars. Chavo was made to wrestle on his knees and lost to the Tadpole Splash.

- Next week’s edition of Monday Night Raw opened with Ted DiBiase Sr coming out and in charge for the night. He came out with Ted DiBiase Jr. and Cody Rhodes. DiBiase Sr, who was over with the crowd although he was working as a heel, announced Cody Rhodes vs. Mark Henry, plus his son vs. Randy Orton.

- Edge and Chris Jericho beat Primo and Carlito when Edge pinned Primo. After the match, Carlito turned heel and attacked Primo. Edge and Jericho vs. Rhodes and DiBiase is also announced for the upcoming Night of Champions PPV.

- Mark Henry beat Cody Rhodes by countout when Rhodes walked out. Cody had earlier tried to pay DiBiase to get him out of the match but it didn’t work. DiBiase Sr said he was mad with Rhodes because Dusty Rhodes is a Hall of Famer. He told Cody he could make him wrestle in polka dots if he wanted to.

- Evan Bourne beat Kofi Kingston in a fun, fast match. Afterwards, both are laid out by Big Show.

- Gail Kim and Mickie James beat Maryse and Alicia Fox. Sure seemed like the Raw crowd here only watch Raw as nobody around me knew who Gail Kim was.

- Randy Orton beat Ted DiBiase with the RKO.

- Ted DiBiase is shown in the back screaming at his dad then slaps his dad across the face.

- Mickie James and Gail Kim beat Alicia Fox and Maryse when Mickie James pinned Maryse.

- Triple H vs. John Cena was a no-content after Legacy ran in. DiBiase Sr. announced Orton defending his WWE title against both Cena and Triple H in a triple threat at Night of Champions.

- After the tapings ended, Cena and Triple H called Legacy to the ring. Rhodes and DiBiase bailed, leaving Orton alone, who took an FU and a Pedigree.
