- In a dark match, Drew McIntyre beat Jamie Noble. Short and basic.

Superstars:

- Dolph Ziggler beat Jimmy Wang Yang. Short again and not much to it. Ziggler vs. Great Khali was also announced tonight for The Bash in a No DQ match.

- Jack Swagger beat Evan Bourne. Good match.

Smackdown:

- Mr. McMahon promo opened the show and brought out Teddy Long to ask what tonight’s matches were. Teddy announced Jeff Hardy and Rey Mysterio vs. Edge and Chris Jericho. Vince said that wasn’t good enough and made it a cage match with CM Punk as the guest referee.

- R Truth beat Shelton Benjamin.

- Backstage with Vince, Teddy and Rey Mysterio. Vince asked Rey about his mask and match at The Bash. Rey cut a promo on him in Spanish.

- Alicia Fox and Michelle McCool beat Gail Kim and Melina.

- Backstage with Vince and Teddy again, this time with CM Punk. Nothing major happened.

- John Morrison beat world champion CM Punk in a non-title match. Good match that must have gone around 15 minutes. After the match, they shook hands before Punk nailed him with the GTS.

- Edge and Chris Jericho beat Jeff Hardy and Rey Mysterio in a cage match when Edge pinned Jeff after a spear. Real good stuff here and again around the 15 minute mark. Afterwards (and this likely isn’t on TV), Punk tried to put Jeff over on the mic, but got hit with a Twist of Fate and a Swanton.
