WWE considering another PPV name change

Thursday September 24, 2009 BY Phil Lowe

WWE today sent out a new survey to fans who are on their mailing list, asking whether they would want to rename February’s No Way Out PPV.

The question was: “How much do you like the following titles for a future WWE event where the main event matches are contested in an Elimination Chamber?”

Other than No Way Out, alternative options available are:
- Battle Chamber
- Heavy Metal
- Elimination Chamber
- Chamber of Conflict

The Elimination Chamber match has featured at No Way Out over the past couple of years.

Should a name change take place, it would be the latest in a line of changes made this year by WWE.

This month’s Breaking Point PPV was previously known as Unforgiven, while next month sees the debut of WWE’s Bragging Rights PPV, which was previously Cyber Sunday.

In December, WWE will debut TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs as an alternative name for the PPV previously known as Armageddon.
