Wrestling Observer/Figure Four Online is reporting that the courts in Moore County, North Carolina has scheduled the case against Jeff Hardy to begin on March 17, 2010.

Hardy is being charged with felony possession of cocaine, felony drug trafficking of opium, two counts of felony possession with intent to redistribute a Schedule III controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling for drug use and/or distribution and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from his September 11, 2009 arrest.

As if that weren’t enough, the courts have filed another charge against him: a felony charge for conspiracy to traffic in opium.  This is in relation to the Vicodin found during the arrest.

This is far from good news for Hardy as a conviction on any one of the charges will certainly result in him receiving jail time.
