Morrison then says it is bogus that he isn’t in the scramble match, valid point. After the usual Todd Grisham welcoming us to the show deal finished, Tiffany was on the ramp to welcome out ECW General Manager Theodore Long. T-Long said that ECW was to have a scramble match at Unforgiven, just like Raw and Smackdown will. Throughout the night, there will be 4 matches to determine who will be in the scramble match.

Teddy Long was in the ring with the new ECW championship belt. Long called out ECW Champion Mark Henry who came out looking almost as happy as he was at Night of Champions when he won the title. Mike Adamle welcomes us to the show and informs us that tonight’s main event is a non-title match between ECW Champion Mark Henry and Tommy Dreamer. Out first tonight were the WWE Tag Team Champions - John Morrison and the Miz.
